Serving Those Who Served. Restoring Hope Through Connection, Nature, and Healing.
Last Call Ranch & Retreat is born from lived experience. A grassroots movement founded by a Veteran and former First Responder, Last Call R&R is dedicated to combatting suicided among the ranks, increasing quality of life, and guiding veterans, first responders, and their families toward total mind, body, and spiritual wellness. Through all natural, holistic modalities and the grounding, relational presence of horses on the ranch, we create sacred space for connection and renewal-offering peer support, spiritual care, and a path back to purpose.
Honoring Those Who Answered the Call. Supporting Those Who Still Carry It.
The Mission Continues
For generations, our veterans and first responders have answered the call when others needed them most. The weight of service does not always end when the uniform comes off or the shift ends.
Last Call Ranch & Retreat was created as a place where those who have carried the burden for others can fin connection, purpose, and wholeness.
Through peer support, equine experiences, nature-based retreats, and holistic wellness opportunities, we walk alongside veterans, first responders, and their families as they rediscover strength, belonging, and hope.
Why Horses Are Central to Our Healing Work
Horses are at the heart of Last Call Ranch & Retreat. As highly intuitive and relational beings, they offer nonjudgmental presence, honest feedback, and a powerful mirror for emotional regulation and trust. For those who have lived in survival mode, horses help restore connection to the body, the present moment, and one another- often without the need for words. Their presence invites safety, accountability, and renewal in ways that traditional settings cannot.
About The Founder
Born From Service. Built For Purpose
Founded by Jodie Lemons, a 25- year veteran of fire, EMS, military, and public safety service, Last Call Ranch & Retreat was born from a deeply personal understanding of the challenges faced by those who dedicate their lives to serving others.
After years of answering the call for others, Jodie experienced firsthand the need for a different kind of support - one rooted in community, nature, connection, and addressing the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
Last Call Ranch & Retreat exists to ensure that no veteran, first responders, or family member has to walk their journey alone.
